Why first names only, no photos

Several of us work in social media full time and have asked not to be searchable by name or face. We respect that for everyone on the team. The verification trail is the company itself, not the individuals: J.A.B. Enterprises is a real registered business, every order is processed under that entity, and every support ticket comes back signed by the real first name of whoever picked it up.
