SEO Specialist (On-page & Off-page)

Bulkoid sells social media growth services (followers, likes, views and more) across 12 platforms to customers worldwide, with pages in English, German, French, Spanish and Arabic. Organic search is the channel that grew us, and you'll own it.

What you'll do

  • Own organic growth for bulkoid.com: service pages, free tools and the blog
  • Technical SEO: audits, crawlability, indexing issues, site structure, Core Web Vitals
  • On-page: titles and meta, internal linking, content optimisation, content briefs for writers
  • Keyword research and content planning based on what can actually rank
  • Off-page: backlink strategy, working alongside our link building specialist
  • Report what moved and why, using Google Search Console and Ahrefs

What we need to see

  • Case studies. This is non-negotiable. Sites you personally grew, with Search Console or Ahrefs screenshots and a clear explanation of what you did. Expect us to verify it, for example over a screen share.
  • You can explain why rankings moved, not just that they did
  • Hands-on with Ahrefs and Google Search Console
  • Fluent English

Nice to have

  • Romanian, German, French or Spanish. Not required if you're strong in English.
  • Experience in competitive e-commerce niches

What we don't care about

Your degree, how many years you've been in the industry, or how polished your CV is. If you've got nothing to show, don't apply. If you've got great results and no CV, apply anyway.

Pay and terms

€1,000–€2,000 per month, depending on what your case studies show. The top of the range is for people who've clearly done this before. You invoice monthly as a contractor. Hours are flexible: we judge the work, not the time.
