We are a 23-person team that has shipped a million orders out of Iași, Romania. We do not have a recruiter, we do not have an ATS, and we do not need a five-round interview to know if you are good. We are hiring 4 specific people right now, and [email protected] is the only door.

What this is

  • A small team where you ship things and they go live the same week
  • Async by default. Calendars are mostly empty, deep work is the norm
  • Direct feedback in both directions. No corporate politeness theatre
  • You decide your hours, as long as a few of them overlap with the EU working day
  • Data from over a million orders to run experiments on

  • Daily standups, story points, two-week ceremonies, retros about retros
  • A ladder of managers between you and the actual decision
  • "Move fast" stickers on the wall and "request approval" in the workflow
  • An agency where you build a deck for someone else's company
  • An interview marathon ending in a take-home that takes a weekend

How to apply

No application form. The only inbox we read for hiring is [email protected]. To make sure your email reaches a person and not a spam filter, the subject line must start with the tag below, followed by the role:

Each role page lists its exact subject line and the proof to include: case studies for the SEO roles, live placement URLs for link building. Not a CV, not a cover letter. CV comes later, if at all.

If you do not follow these instructions, your email gets filtered out and we will not see it. We treat that as a sign you did not read the page.

What happens next

  1. Day 0You email us with the right subject line and your proof of work.
  2. Day 1–5First reply from us. If we want to talk, you get a 30-minute call with the team lead.
  3. Week 2A short, paid trial task that mirrors the actual job. Real work, real money.
  4. Week 3Final call with the CEO. Offer or not, you hear back within 48 hours.

Things you might be wondering

Do you sponsor visas or relocate people?

No. We are a small team and the legal overhead is not realistic for us. The roles are remote on purpose, so anywhere you are legally allowed to work is fine.

Are these employee or contractor roles?

Contractor. You invoice us monthly from wherever you're registered to work, and we pay in EUR or USD.

Will you tell me the pay upfront?

The SEO Specialist range is on its page. For the other roles, pay depends on your track record, so tell us what you expect and we will give you a real number on the first call. If we cannot match it, we tell you on the call rather than wasting your week.

Is there equity or profit share?

Not on these roles. Equity conversations happen for senior leadership only.

Can I apply for more than one role?

Yes, send a separate email per role, each with its own subject line. Pick the one you want most and lead with that.

I don't see a role that fits. Can I still write?

Sure. Email [email protected] with bulkoid-careers speculative in the subject and a paragraph on what you would want to do here. We read every speculative email, but we only reply if there is a match.
