Marketing

PR Outreach Specialist

Pitch Bulkoid into business, marketing, and tech publications. Earn editorial mentions and backlinks that actually move our domain authority. This is a digital-PR role, not a press-release role.

What you will do

  • Pitch business, marketing, and creator-economy publications for editorial coverage
  • Build and maintain a journalist and editor contact database
  • Write pitches and follow-ups that read like a person, not a template
  • Run two to three linkable-asset campaigns per quarter (data studies, surveys, original research)
  • Track placements, links earned, and downstream traffic

What we look for

  • Two-plus years of digital-PR or earned-media outreach experience
  • A track record of placements you can name (not just press releases)
  • Strong written English, ideally a writing sample or two
  • Comfort working with our SEO team on link-target prioritisation
  • Romanian is a plus but not required

Marketing

SEO Generalist

Work alongside our SEO leads on the day-to-day work that keeps the program moving: on-page optimisation, internal linking, content briefs, technical fixes, and link prospecting.

What you will do

  • On-page SEO: meta tags, headings, internal links, content audits
  • Off-page SEO: prospect targets, draft outreach, support our PR team
  • Help write and edit content briefs for our editorial pipeline
  • Triage technical SEO findings and route them to engineering
  • Track keyword movement, traffic, and CTR; flag regressions

What we look for

  • Two-plus years of hands-on SEO work, ideally on a content-heavy site
  • Comfortable in Ahrefs or Semrush, Google Search Console, and a spreadsheet
  • Has shipped on-page changes that moved rankings, can talk through one
  • Generalist mindset: happy to do a meta-tag pass on Monday and a link-prospect list on Tuesday
  • Romanian is a plus but not required

Retention & Growth Manager

Own everything that happens after a customer's first order: repeat-purchase rate, average order value, lifetime value, win-back. Lifecycle email, pricing, upsells, loyalty mechanics. Whatever turns a one-off buyer into a returning one.

What you will do

  • Own AOV, repeat purchase rate, and customer LTV as your north-star metrics
  • Run pricing, packaging, and bundling experiments
  • Build the lifecycle email program: post-purchase, win-back, churn-risk
  • Design and ship loyalty or referral mechanics
  • Partner with engineering on whatever in-app changes the experiments need

What we look for

  • Three-plus years in retention, lifecycle, or growth marketing at an e-commerce or services business
  • Comfortable with experiment design and reading results without a stats team holding your hand
  • Hands-on with at least one ESP or lifecycle tool (Klaviyo, Customer.io, Braze, or similar)
  • Strong opinions on what makes a good upsell vs a desperate one
  • Romanian is a plus but not required

Things you might be wondering

Do you sponsor visas or relocate people?

No. We are a small team and the legal overhead is not realistic for us. The roles are remote on purpose, so anywhere you are legally allowed to work is fine.

What about contractors vs employees?

Either works. We hire as employees in Romania and as contractors anywhere else. Payments in EUR or USD, monthly, no haggling on basics.

Will you tell me the salary range upfront?

Not on this page. We will give you a real number on the first call once we know your level and location, and we will not make you guess. If we cannot match what you want, we tell you on the call rather than wasting your week.

Is there equity or profit share?

Not on these three roles. They are paid roles with a competitive base. Equity conversations happen for senior leadership only.

Can I apply for more than one role?
